This notice explains how we handle your information when you visit the Outlina website, join our waitlist or contact us.
Who we are
Outlina is operated by Hamza Ehsan Creative - FZCO, registered in Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates. We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the date you signed up and a record of the signup wording. We also keep records needed to manage your subscription and deliver our emails.
To prevent spam and repeated submissions, we use a hashed version of your network address. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical information such as your IP address, browser, requested pages and request times to operate and protect the website.
Our emails use Resend’s open and click tracking. This records when an email is opened or a tracked link is clicked, associated with the recipient’s email address. Email privacy features can affect the accuracy of these records.
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to include in your message.
How we use it
We use your email address to manage the waitlist and send the Outlina communications you agree to receive, including launch announcements, product updates and marketing emails. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us.
We also use information to answer your questions, handle privacy requests, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. We rely on your consent for marketing. Other processing depends on its purpose and the grounds permitted by applicable law, including operating a secure website and complying with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information.
Website analytics
We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to measure page visits, referring websites, selected campaign information, device categories and waitlist signup results. We use its cookieless mode: it does not store analytics cookies or tracking identifiers in your browser.
PostHog processes your IP address and browser information to generate a temporary visitor identifier on its servers. The IP address is removed from the analytics events. We do not send email addresses or message contents, identify subscribers in analytics, record sessions or collect country and city information through this setup.
You can turn off website analytics below without affecting your ability to join the waitlist. We remember only that preference in this browser. We also respect browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.
Services we use
We use service providers to run Outlina:
- Vercel and Cloudflare for website hosting, domain infrastructure and security.
- Supabase to store and manage waitlist records.
- Google Workspace and Cloudflare Email Routing to receive and respond to messages.
- Resend to manage email subscriptions and send emails.
- PostHog for cookieless website analytics.
These services may process information outside the UAE. Any transfer must meet the requirements that apply to your information. You can contact us for details about our providers and the safeguards used for transfers.
We may also disclose information where required by law or necessary to respond to a lawful request.
How long we keep it
We keep your subscription information while you remain subscribed and it is needed for the purposes described here. We review the list periodically and remove information we no longer need.
If you unsubscribe, we stop sending marketing emails. We may keep a minimal record of your preference so we do not add you back by mistake, and records needed to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes. Deleting active records may not immediately remove copies held in provider backups.
Your choices and rights
You can contact us to request access to, correction of or deletion of your information, or to withdraw consent. Depending on the law that applies, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your information in a portable format, or complain to a data protection authority.
Send requests to privacy@outlina.ai. We may need to verify your identity before acting. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out lawfully before withdrawal.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice when our practices change and revise the date above. If a change requires fresh consent or a separate notification, we will provide it.
